Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 to buy a paid plan, and at least 13 to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

CreatorLens connects to your Instagram account through Instagram’s official API to show your analytics, and uses AI to analyse your content and generate scripts, carousels, strategies and related material. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Every AI action consumes credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, shown along with current prices on the billing page; you may also buy one-time credit packs. Credits are metered against the actual cost of running each action.

Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on what you choose — until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Plan credits are granted for the billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is open.

Fees are in US dollars and exclude any taxes you may owe. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion where the service materially failed. If AI credits were consumed by a genuine fault on our side, tell us and we will restore them.

You keep all rights to the content and data you bring to CreatorLens. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you.

As between you and us, you own the scripts, carousels and other output you generate, and you may use it commercially. Note that AI output is not guaranteed to be original or accurate — similar output may be produced for other users, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish it.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
• generate content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or deceptive;
• impersonate a real person, including creating an AI avatar or cloned voice of someone without their permission;
• breach Instagram’s or Meta’s terms, or use CreatorLens for spam, bots or engagement farming;
• resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or share one account across an organisation beyond the seats your plan allows;
• attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

If you join the affiliate program, you earn a recurring commission on payments made by users you refer, at the tier rate shown in your affiliate dashboard. Self-referrals do not qualify. Commissions accrue once a referred payment clears and are paid out through Stripe once you have completed onboarding. We may withhold or reverse commissions connected to fraud, chargebacks or spam-based promotion, and may change the program with notice.

CreatorLens depends on services including Instagram, Anthropic, Stripe and others listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their availability or their decisions, including a platform changing or revoking API access.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee any particular growth, reach, engagement or revenue result from using CreatorLens.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination your right to use the service ends; see the Privacy Policy for how to have your data deleted.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders and the date above updated. Continuing to use CreatorLens after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
