Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from CreatorLens at any time. There are two options, depending on whether you want to disconnect a single Instagram account or delete everything.
Option 1 — Disconnect an Instagram account
Sign in to CreatorLens, go to Settings, and choose Disconnect on the Instagram account you want to remove. This deletes our stored copy of that account’s profile, media and insights, and revokes the access token we hold for it.
You can also revoke our access from Instagram directly: Instagram → Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites, then remove CreatorLens.
Option 2 — Delete your account and all data
Email info@concentricfinance.com from the address on your CreatorLens account, with the subject “Delete my CreatorLens account”.
We will confirm the request and permanently erase your data within 30 days. Nothing else is required from you.
What gets deleted
- your account record — name, email address and password hash;
- every connected Instagram account: profile data, media, captions and insights;
- all access tokens, revoked and destroyed;
- images uploaded as design inspiration, and any AI avatar or voice setup;
- generated content — scripts, carousels, strategies, calendars and chat history;
- goals, tracked creators and saved preferences.
The only records we keep are those we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes, such as an invoice showing a payment occurred. Those contain no Instagram data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first under Settings → Billing, or say so in the same email and we will cancel it before deleting the account.
